Our integrative relational approach

My approach is Integrative Relational, meaning I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all model. In our sessions, we’ll work as a collaborative partnership. I have a 'toolkit' of different theories—like CBT for practical tools or psychodynamic ideas for exploring your past—but I tailor these based on what you need in the moment.

A living laboratory for growth

What makes my style unique is that I view our relationship as a 'living laboratory.' We’ll often look at what’s happening right here between us—if you feel judged, misunderstood, or even particularly connected—and use those moments to understand how you relate to others in your outside life. I’m not a distant observer; I’m a real human being in the room with you, and my goal is to create a safe, authentic space where you can experiment with new ways of being yourself.

Experience lasting transformation

My ultimate hope is that clients leave our work with a transformed relationship with themselves. I want them to feel that they no longer have to 'edit' who they are to be worthy of connection. Immediately after a session, they might feel exhausted yet relieved, like they’ve done hard but necessary work. Long-term, I want them to experience a sense of agency and security, knowing they have the resilience to handle life’s 'grey areas' without losing their sense of self.
