Session fees & duration
We believe in transparent pricing and clear communication, so you can focus on your therapeutic journey without any hidden surprises. Our sessions are structured to provide consistent and effective support.

Individual sessions are generally held weekly, at the same time each week, to ensure continuity and support your therapeutic process. Concession rates are offered for clients who may wish to attend therapy more than once a week on an ongoing basis. Please discuss this during your initial assessment.
Payment methods & session formats
We offer flexibility in how you attend and pay for your sessions, ensuring therapy is accessible and convenient for your needs.

Payment options will be discussed during your initial assessment to find the most suitable method for you. We accept bank transfers and other convenient methods.
Cancellation policy
Regular attendance is key to benefiting most from counselling. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I aim to be as fair and flexible as possible whilst maintaining the consistency of your therapy.
One week cancellation policy is applied for all sessions.
I kindly request as much notice as possible if you cannot attend a session, and I will do the same. These policies will be discussed in more detail during your initial assessment session to ensure you are comfortable and clear on all aspects.
